“Overall, it wasn’t bad. The biggest issue was the air conditioning.”

What I liked is that the house is only 8–10 minutes by car from the city center.”

• There is no full-length mirror in the house. • There is no colander or pot for cooking pasta. • The shower head needs to be replaced. • The air conditioner is too small for the house and does not cool sufficiently. • It would be better if informative details about the house were provided in advance. • There were two contact numbers; one did not answer calls, so communication was only possible via the other number. • The residents of the apartment frequently came to our door to pass on information, which made us feel uncomfortable. This should have been informed to us by the host in advance. Overall, if these issues are improved, the experience would be much better.
