About this house rental
This modern luxury home sits directly on Pike Lake, the largest in Marathon county, known for its fishing, boating, and year-round recreation. Located under 25 minutes away from Stevens Point and Wausau, it's perfectly positioned for guest who want to explore local attractions (restaurants, golf courses, skiing/snowboarding, hiking, biking, and more).
This two-bedroom, two-bath open-concept home sleeps 8+ guest and includes spacious common areas and a fully finished lower level with direct walkout lake access.
THE SPACE
UPPER LEVEL
Floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels fill the home with natural light and lake views. The open upper level includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a connected layout with industrial design touches throughout.
The kitchen features an island with counter seating, a full range stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Cookware, drinkware, silverware, plates, a tea kettle, and a French press are provided. A sliding door opens to the upper deck.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The separate master bathroom has all Kohler fixtures and connects to a spacious walk-in closet with hanging space and drawers.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers additional living space with direct walkout access to the yard and lake. The main area includes two couches, a pullout sleeper sofa, and a dedicated office space with an electric sit/stand desk and office chair. Large windows provide open views of the lake, and two televisions offer entertainment options.
The lower level bedroom includes a full bed, bunk beds, and a television. It sleeps up to three guests and features large windows overlooking the lake. The full bathroom on this level includes all Kohler fixtures and a standing shower perfect for rinsing off after the lake.
A full laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on this level for guest use.

Guests have direct access to Pike Lake with a private dock steps from the home.
The large concrete upper deck includes patio furniture, rebar railing, and open lake views, providing space for dining, relaxing, and photo opportunities. The lower patio offers additional seating and access to the yard and shoreline.
An outdoor shed stores paddleboards, yard games, life vests, and other lake accessories and can also be used for personal storage.
A fire pit and gas grill are available for guest use.
