    We had a fantastic stay at Narinthra Heritage! The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service throughout our 3-night stay was outstanding. Highly recommended for couples or friends looking for a relaxing getaway!

    Stayed for 7 nights. Convenient location. 5 mins walk to Tha Phae Gate. Sunday Night walking street is just outside the hotel. Breakfast was great. Special thanks to the breakfast team - Lyla, Nina & Patcy for their thoughtful care, pro-activeness and great service. I requested for soy milk on the first day as I couldn't drink cow milk. For the next 7 days when I was there, Lyla ensured that I would get my soy milk every morning. She would share with her team, Patcy and Nina that to prepare my soy milk even during her off days. Greatly appreciated it. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. My children loved the elephants made from towel which were placed on our beds on the 1st day. Welcome drink was cooling as the weather was very hot that day. We had a great 7 nights stay in this hotel. I would definitely come back here again when I visit Chiang Mai.

    Booked Narinthra as part of my sister’s bachelorette and requested for them to decorate the room on my behalf. They were very sporting & coordinated with me via email & WhatsApp (on arrival) to make sure things went smoothly as i wanted. Was initially afraid there would be a language barrier but not only was there none, they also replicated the deco identical to a photo reference i sent them! Everything was clean, check in was seamless & every single staff member were all very hospitable, respectful & kind. Highly recommend this place!
