Large single-family house "Martin", 2 storeys. In a quiet position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 14 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery, restaurant 350 m, bakery 500 m, café 400 m, bus stop "Chateauneuf centre" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes marins" 14 km.
