Step into an open, airy studio filled with natural light, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The apartment opens directly onto a shared patio and a lovely communal garden, offering peaceful green views.
Inside, you will find a thoughtfully appointed space:
Bedroom Area: A comfortable queen-size bed dressed in luxury down and cotton linen.
Living Area: A cozy lounge with a sleeper couch, which can accommodate an additional child or small adult.
Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a Smeg stove and new appliances, perfect for preparing meals.
Patio: A shared patio space connected to the communal garden.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio apartment. You will also enjoy full access to the complex's spectacular waterfront amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Dune is located in the newly developed hub of The Sibaya Precinct which is located between Umhlanga and Umdloti. You can watch the ships go by from the communal pool and entertainment deck.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. The unit has a dedicated underground parking bay.
Ubers are also readily available in the area.

Views: Please note that while the complex boasts spectacular sea views from the rooftop pool and entertainment areas, the apartment itself has garden views and does not have a direct sea view.
Security: To ensure the security of all residents, all guests must provide a government-issued form of identification (ID, driver's license, or passport) prior to arrival to be registered for access to the estate.
Beach Access: A dedicated beach gate for the complex is in the process of being completed for even easier access to the shore. The beach is a 10 min walk through the forest.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations.
