Renovated 36 m² apartment in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, just a 2-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
Located on the 2nd floor of a Parisian building, it includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with sofa, an open kitchen and bathroom with shower. PGJyPg
Quiet street, close to the lively Victor Hugo and Trocadero districts. Ideal for 2 travellers, couple or business stay.
The apartment consists of:
- a bright living room overlooking a pleasant courtyard and not overlooked,
- an independent bedroom overlooking the quiet rue Lauriston,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a modern shower room.
Traveller access:
This accommodations are the main residence of your host. Some cupboards are therefore reserved for personal use and are not accessible. Please respect these private spaces.
Exchanges with guests:
You will be greeted by the owner. I remain easily reachable throughout your stay and will be happy to answer your questions or advise you so that you can fully enjoy Paris.

This apartment is a pleasant and quiet place to live that has just been renovated.
In order to preserve the comfort of all and respect for the neighborhood, we ask our guests to be attentive to the following points:
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties, parties or gatherings are allowed.
Please respect the tranquility of the premises: no excessive noise will be tolerated, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The number of people indicated during the Under no circumstances can the reservation be exceeded.
Any damage, nuisance or non-compliance with the rules may result in:
- the immediate termination of the stay without refund,
- the total retention of the deposit,
- and, if necessary, a report to Airbnb and the authorities.
We want to welcome only respectful and responsible guests. The accommodations are made available for a pleasant stay in Paris, in a safe and serene setting.

Would stay here again and again— really great location but still on a quieter street. AC extremely helpful during a Parisian heat-wave. Laundry worked well!
