Welcome to your serene lakefront getaway on beautiful Lake Anna!
Nestled in a forested setting, our spacious three-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. Wake up to peaceful water views from the deck, spend your days on the lake, and gather for s’mores by the firepit as the sun sets over the water.
Ideal for families and small groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (6 adults max) and includes every comfort to make your stay unforgettable.
We also have a Level 2, 40 amp EV charger in the garage between the two garage doors.
### The Space
Our cozy, multi-level home is designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features a large sectional sofa, perfect for movie nights on the Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen, with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is fully stocked for creating delicious family meals. Enjoy your morning coffee from the standard drip coffee maker, craft an espresso using one of the Moka pots, or grind whole coffee beans and use the espresso machine.
For entertainment, challenge your group to a game on the full-size ping pong table or choose from our collection of board games and books. Fast 1Gbps fiber internet makes streaming or remote work a breeze. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements:
* **Upstairs Primary Suite:** A spacious retreat with 1 King bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
* **Downstairs Bedroom 1:** A comfortable room with 1 Queen bed.
* **Downstairs Bedroom 2:** Perfect for kids or friends, with 2 Queen bunk beds.
### Guest Access
The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of a few locked owner's closets and items stored on the garage perimeter. You'll have direct, private access to the lake and our covered dock right from the backyard.
Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and free parking is available on the premises.

We stayed here with our young kids (7, 4 and baby). The house has plenty of space with large bedrooms and bathrooms and outdoor space. We could have easily invited grandparents and had space. One note for families with young kids-the primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the other two bedrooms are in the lower level/basement so families with really young kids might not be okay sleeping so far away. The house had everything we needed for cooking, kayaking and using the basketball court and outdoor space. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and any other questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely return. The house itself is lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The lake view from the deck is beautiful and was one of our favorite spots to gather, especially in the mornings and evenings (great sunsets!).There was a great selection of kayaks available, along with life vests in a variety of sizes, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy time on the water. The ping pong table was a big hit and we appreciated the thoughtful collection of board games as well.Overall, this is a fantastic property for a relaxing and fun getaway—we highly recommend it!

We had a very enjoyable stay. House was very comfortable and fully loaded. I brought my bass boat and was able to catch a bunch of largemouth bass. The community boat ramp is two plots down so it is extremely convenient. I definitely would recommend this house!
