Such a cute property right on A1A, very clean and cozy!

5 minute walk to beach, it had everything we needed, they thought of everything. clean and organized, equipped with plenty of extras

The location and home is great, but with a few caveats. It's a very small 2BR / 2BA, so storage - especially kitchen storage for pantry goods - is pretty non-existent. If you're not big into cooking, you'll be fine, but amateur chefs should be aware of the limited cookware and staples (spices, herbs, oils, stock condiments, etc.) There are 2 saucepans, a pasta pot a stockpot and 2 skillets - 1 x 8" and 1 x 12". Both are cheap, (Tfal,) badly worn, scratched. We pulled the shelving unit out of the laundry room for pantry items. However, saucepans are All-Clad, so that's nice. House-knives can barely cut butter, so bring your own. (Literally could not cut a lemon in half.)CLEANLINESS: First night bedtime revealed blood stains & hair in the master bed. We luckily weren't using the 2nd bedroom and could strip the sheet from that bed, (which wasn't stain-free either... gross.) However, bathrooms, floors and kitchen were very clean.AMENITIES: 1970's gas station toilet paper is what's provided. Bring soft stuff if that's important to you. Kitchen towels are limited. Grill is on its last legs and lacks accessories, but still works. Outdoor shower & hoses are super useful for washing off beach sand before entering. Cheap vacuum provided.LOCATION: Beach access is top notch. Also easy access to major grocery, top fish markets and bike/surf shops. Boat rentals also very nearby. Parking is awesome and there's a semi-gated backyard for doggos if they're not prone to running away.

The property was somewhat as described but had a few issues (minor except for one) while we were there that dampened our experience. The property manager was responsive, the beds comfortable and the property is well equipped for longer visits.
