The outdoor space is shared with the upstairs unit.

Parking space is on the left side of the garage. White gravel and sign is posted. 1 space.
The Neighborhood:
Historic Downtown.
Getting Around:
The trolly is a 5 minute walk to catch and it can take you all thru downtown. Hop on and off. Buy your tickets at your convenience at the house. Just scan the QR code.

Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes all in the garage.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home for the weekend. Very clean, enjoyed all the space (2 living rooms), and great decor. The location was perfect to walk downtown, as well as having bikes available. We did have timely communication when we needed it and we would definitely stay here again. The outdoor communal area was my favorite!

12A was Absolutely perfect! Super clean and very comfortable. The host is really quick to respond. Location was convenient to everything. If i go back, i am definitely staying there...

This was a lovely house close to everything!! We loved being able to walk everywhere! We also appreciated the great communication with the property manager.
