HostnFly offers this 18 m² studio, a former commercial space fully renovated, located on the ground floor of a building in the 7th arrondissement, overlooking a charming tree-lined courtyard. Ideal for a business or leisure stay, it can accommodate up to 2 people and enjoys an exceptional location: just 850 meters from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

Welcome to this bright and functional studio apartment with a carefully thought-out design, ideal for exploring the capital.
The apartment features:
A cozy living area with a sofa bed.
A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine for large capsules, kettle, toaster, microwave).
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Please note: the studio has no exterior windows, ensuring complete darkness and peace and quiet.
For a hassle-free stay, you’ll also have access to a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. Professional cleaning is provided before and after each reservation.
An Exceptional Location
Located just 100 meters from the École Militaire metro station, you’ll have easy access to all of Paris’s treasures:
Hôtel des Invalides: 4-minute walk
Champ de Mars: 10-minute walk
Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel: 12-minute walk
Eiffel Tower: 15-minute walk
The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, offering a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and local shops (Carrefour City supermarket 140 m away).

The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.

I had a very good experience staying here. I loved the area — it felt like authentic French culture rather than a tourist zone. Right next to the place there is a small alley that I can only describe as a little everyday market street. It had flowers, fresh food, small cafés, and people going about their daily lives. It felt very local and genuine, not overly touristy or expensive, which I really appreciated.One of the best parts was how it seemed like a place for locals rather than visitors, which made the experience feel much more authentic.
