An Ocean Lakes Dream!! This spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beach house is in a dream location, overlooking Magnolia Lake and fountain, with ocean views from both decks. **Complimentary Golf Cart Rental Included**
Located in the MH section off of Coral Drive, on a dead-end street. A very quiet area, with beautiful views of Magnolia Lake & a view of the ocean from both decks. Just a 1-minute straight shot to the beach... This home is fully stocked, including beach chairs. Just bring your beach towel and relax!
Indoor Accommodations:
- Sleeps up to 10 adults.
- Bedroom 1 - Main floor Queen bedroom, with access to full bathroom
- Bedroom 2 - Upstairs, Primary bedroom (Queen w/ Ensuite full bathroom)
- Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Queen Bed
- Bedroom 4 - Upstairs, 2 Twin Beds
- Fully equipped kitchen: Cook meals with ease in the modern kitchen featuring updated appliances

There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*No Smoking and No Pets permitted
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
*PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
*MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*This home is located in a humid subtropical climate. While we professionally treat the home for bugs and pests, you may see bugs including Palmetto bugs sneak in occasionally. If any are found in the home, we will promptly schedule a re-treatment to address. No refunds for bug sightings will be provided
*WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A 5-STAR STAY, as do our cleaners. Your booking includes turn-over service to include cleaning and linen/towels. However, occasionally things get missed or need to be fixed. If you are not satisfied with the job that the cleaners have done, we need to know immediately. We will send cleaners back, if we are made aware of something that needs to be fixed. PLEASE DON'T WAIT until you have checked out to let us know in a public review. THESE REVIEWS STAY WITH THE HOST FOREVER, even if a house is removed from our listings. So we want to FIX ANY ISSUE, in order for you to have a great stay. And we APPRECIATE your PRIVATE FEEDBACK, so that we can fix it for future guests.

We’ve stayed @ this house twice & it’s such a beautiful home. The kitchen is fully stocked which is a bonus. We loved sitting on the swing over looking the lake. The ocean is less than a min drive on the golf cart. Just a great location overall. Kim the property manager is awesome. She communicates very well & if you have a problem she will solve it right away! Would def stay here a third time!!

We have stayed with Kim several times and she is our top recommendation for OL. She makes every aspect of the stay easy and enjoyable. Cocktails and Dreams house exceeded our expectations with its beautiful views, beach proximity, and perfect location. The home was clean and fully stocked. We highly recommend working with Kim to book your stay.
