Casa Mirador is 3 BR with 5 beds and 3 bathrooms offering breathtaking 270-degree view of Jaltemba Bay and Isla De Coral. The home is in an exclusive gated community. You will become fully immersed in “life over the water,” as you relax into the soothing rhythm of the waves below. Enjoy spotting sea life, sunbathing or savoring meals on Casa Mirador's expansive patios and waking up each morning to extraordinary ocean views, fresh sea air and the sounds of the waves.
Casa Mirador is located in Riviera Nayarit, around 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and offers an exclusive and luxurious oceanfront experience. The property is built on top of volcanic rock and offers breathtaking ocean views.
Both of Casa Mirador's superb bedrooms have panoramic ocean views and king-sized beds and are located on the second story of the home. Both bedrooms enjoy luxurious ensuite bathrooms that incorporate elements from nature to create soothing and rejuvenating spaces. The kitchen, living room, dining room and den (with a queen sized pullout bed) are located on the lower level of the home. There is both an expansive patio off of the living area and a tremendous balcony off of the second floor, both with breathtaking ocean views.
The resort is located in a quaint town of La Penita de Jaltemba in beautiful Riviera Nayarit. It has all the charms of a small fishing village and offers its visitors tranquility and exceptional natural beauty. The Jaltemba Bay stretches from Punta Raza to Boca de Naranjo. La Penita is conveniently located near Rincon de Guayabitos, Los Ayala, Salyulita, Punta Mita and around 40 minutes outside of Puerto Vallarta.

First of all let me just say, I don’t even want to write this review because I want to keep this the best kept secret in La Peñita. My family and I literally just got back to California from our stay in Casa Mirador. Wow! The pictures don’t do this place any justice. I don’t even know where to begin, this place took my breathe away. The house itself is well made, the architecture is amazing; no detail was spared, everything single thing was thought out from the showers to the kitchen. The views are to die for. You are on the beach, a tide pool just steps away from the house, and a private beach to the right. The location is private and quiet, but also a short walk or drive into town. My family and I will definitely be staying here again or the hotel next door, in the near future. Sergio is the handyman for the house, and he is just a few steps away and he is always willing to help with anything you need. He brought out kayaks and bikes for us to enjoy. Sergio and his wife were more then welcoming.
