About this house rental
Casa Alta Mar is a newly remodeled property that combines luxury, comfort, and unparalleled views. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two pools, and a spacious kitchen in the main house, as well as a separate one-bedroom studio with its own kitchen and private patio. In total, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Spread across 4 levels, each space offers some of the best views of the ocean and the charming town of Sayulita. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a spectacular ocean view. And when you step out onto the rooftop terrace, the experience becomes unforgettable: a truly majestic spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every day of your stay.
The house is located just a few blocks from downtown and offers access to the north beach, known for its excellent surfing waves, as well as nearby options for drinks and massages, all in a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere, away from the crowds of the main beach.

• 2 fully equipped kitchens (gas and electric stove, blender, coffee maker, and utensils).
• 3 private balconies with stunning views of the ocean, the sunset, and the town.
• 2 king-size beds and 3 queen-size beds, all with new mattresses.
• Rooftop terrace with a refrigerator, cocktail bar, and grill.
• Pool on the main terrace, ideal for relaxing with ocean views.
• Second rooftop pool with unparalleled panoramic views.
The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few blocks from the beach and with little traffic. The drive up is short but very steep. Although not essential, we recommend renting a golf cart, UTV, or 4x4 vehicle for greater convenience during your stay in Sayulita. Golf carts and UTVs are permitted throughout the town, and we have additional parking space available.
