From vintage racquet club nods to cold plunge rituals, every detail was curated to support your routine and elevate your downtime.

Whether you're here for a long tournament weekend, pre-season training/games, or just need a stay that fits your crews vibe, The Sideline Club was built to feel like home — if home had compression boots, a saltwater pool, and cool merch of course!

We built this place for people who love to move, play hard, and recover well. For families cheering on their athletes. For teams. For wellness seekers. For anyone who wants their stay to feel just as good as the win. This is where performance meets presence. And recovery never looked so good.

THE SPACE
The home features 4 spacious King bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and flexible living+dining areas designed to suit families, teams, and groups alike. You'll find both shared and private zones that allow for both connection and space.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements (Total Bedrooms: 4 | Sleeps 12 )
#1 King Bed with ensuite (double vanity+ shower) a serene main floor primary tucked behind the living room's pocket door for additional separation when needed. Laundry is located in this primary bedrooms walk in closet.
#2 King Bed with ensuite (double vanity+shower and free standing soaking tub) An upstairs primary option with private dedicated desk space, and a yoga retreat with oversized mirror. If an air mattress were to be used, this is a good room/space for that option.
#3 King Bed with two XL Twin beds overtop- our version of an adult bunk. Intentional design for space, comfort and privacy. This bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom 4 with hallway access.
#4 King Bed with ensuite + a bonus twin daybed — perfect for younger athletes or flexible sleeping arrangement needs. A hallway entrance allows Bedroom 3 to share this ensuite with Bedroom 4 guests, but you will also find a custom get-ready station, built for pre-game and post-game routines. This bedroom also benefits from a small private enclosed outdoor balcony with views of the pool, patio and pickleball court. Ideal for some R&R before heading downstairs.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite to bedroom #1 on main floor. Shower with handrail, double vanity and separate water closet (toilet space)
Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom #2 upstairs, Shower, Freestanding soaking tub, double vanity and water closet
Bathroom 3: Ensuite to bedroom #4 but shared with bedroom #3 via hallway entrance. Single vanity, Shower

Coffee bar included in our "Wellness Bar" of course, as we like to ensure all morning routines are covered!

🍽️ Gather around the indoor dining table that comfortably seats 14 or head outdoors for court-side meals and beverages under the pergola. The newly renovated, open central layout, means some can cook while still staying connected to the game-watching, pool-floating, or recovery-boot-wearing others nearby.

This isn’t just an entryway; it’s your welcome zone, your wind-down corner, and your unofficial team lounge. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee, or sip a glass of wine while others unwind in the pool. Cozy seating, soft lighting, and spa-inspired touches create a calm retreat that feels equal parts chic and familiar. Just like the best spa locker rooms, it’s stocked with what you actually need: plush pool towels, cold plunge essentials, and a few merch pieces everyone will be begging to take home as souvenirs.

🧘‍♀️ Hammock & Breathwork zone allows our guests to recharge or read over by the tide pool. Heron and Mullet are among the regulars here.
🏊‍♂️ Saltwater pool- Silky smooth and easy on tired skin, the saltwater pool is made for midday dips, post-game floats, and golden hour hangs.
🔥 Hot Tub Moments-Whether it’s pre bedtime routine or adult relaxation, the hot tub is there to soak off the day. Bonus points for starry nights and quiet wins celebrated here.
❄️ Our Vertical Cold plunge on the patio is branded for real recovery. It's an experience in itself! A perfect AM Dopamine rush or post game recovery.
