Welcome to our Private Bayside Retreat with Panoramic Water Views Of Sarasota Bay, Downtown Sarasota, the Ringling Bridge, Lido Key and Longboat Key. Enjoy your Vacation in spectacular luxury within this distinguished gem on the bay. Privacy, serenity, Florida charm, and sunsets to take your breath away. Close to IMG Golf Academy & Clubhouse, 6 miles to Sarasota Airport, 8 miles to Downtown Sarasota, Beaches or Bradenton Beach & Anna Marie Island. 15 miles to Siesta Key or St Armands Circle.
We recently finished tons of upgrades to make this home "EVEN BETTER" for our guests. Some upgrades include: A Brand New Pool and Hot Tub, Sauna, A Huge Outdoor Kitchen/Grilling area/Bar with Granite Countertops, Stainless Appliances, Including a Huge Grill, Drop in Countertop Cooler for Ice & Refreshments with fruit/condiment holder, Refrigerator, Sink, 20 Barstools, Plus additional seating and a Lounging/Relaxing area with Nice Outdoor Furniture, Firepit by the Water, Cabana near the Pool, A Large Grassy Area for pets, A Large White Sand Area for Playing outdoor Games, Kids & Pets love this Area too. You can Launch Kayaks & SUP's directly off the dock. We provide 4 Kayaks, 2 (SUP) Stand up Paddle Boards, 1 Canoe, Plenty of Pool Toys/Accessories, 8 Chaise Loungers, 6 Adirondack Chairs, Tables, Chairs, 4 Large Umbrella's, Plenty of Beach Towels, Beach Accessories, Coolers, Outdoor Games (including cornhole & Jumbo Checkers). The entire pool area & pool deck are updated with beautiful gray & white pavers, surrounded by a sitting wall. Indoors we have added a Large Smart TV to every Bedroom, Living Room & Game Room and outside in the outdoor lounging area. All TV's have Premium Direct TV Streaming and Peacock Premium. We have High Speed Streaming Wi-Fi, Lots of Board games for the whole family, Books, Dice, Cards, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board. There's an Elevator (which is wonderful to take suitcases and groceries up to the main floor 27 Stairs). The elevator is large enough for anyone in a wheelchair and can be used for all guests if you prefer not to take the stairs. We look forward to having you as our guests in 2022 and beyond!
All guests will be charged an additional 5% for Manatee County tourist tax for each booking as required by Manatee County for vacation tax.

We had such a great time staying here! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 — super comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were amazing and quickly became our favorite spot to hang out. You can’t beat the water views this home has, especially at sunset! The host was very quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing stay at your guys home. Thank you so much for going out of your way to allow us in a day early to decorate. Your home is amazing and so accommodating for a family. The baby gate and the high chair were much appreciated. Also the well stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor kitchen were amazing. Also we were worried about the pool being warm because of the colder weather but the heater must have been working over time because the pool was nice and warm. We had a blast and will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for everything and the great communication!!!!!!

This house was the perfect size for our 12 family members… and it was right on Sarasota Bay. Kayaks and paddle boards were available which we all loved!! Different people fished everyday and poles and tackle were provided. The very spacious patio had a beautiful pool and a large area to play corn hole which my family loved. The owner was VERY accessible and answered all my questions immediately…. It was a wonderful stay!
