Ambassador Villas 401 is an OCEANFRONT Penthouse top floor end unit with amazing ocean views! Condo is newly renovated with new lighting, mattresses, paint, etc. This 2 story Oceanfront condo has views from 1st balcony off living room area and more oceanfront views off 2nd upstairs balcony of both primary suites.
There are 2 Bedrooms downstairs with 1.5 bathrooms. Large kitchen with 2 full sized refrigerators. All appliances are brand new as of Spring 2022. Large dining room table (elevated so you can see out the sliding glass doors into the ocean) which comfortably seats up to 10. Smart/streaming capable TVs in all bedrooms and the living room features a 65’’ LED Smart TV for all your streaming needs. Sliding glass doors open to your private balcony which overlooks the ocean. There are 4 trex high lifeguard chairs on this balcony. 7ft pool table is located in the game area in the front as soon as you walk in.
5 Bedrooms upstairs with two master suites with private bathrooms, and share a private balcony. There are 4 trex high lifeguard chairs on this balcony. One master suite has a king bed and one has a queen. There are 3 other rooms upstairs. The shared rooms has 4 twin XL beds and shares the hallway bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and also shares the hallway bathroom. The room at the other end of the hall has a queen bed and it’s own private bathroom.
Free parking for 4 vehicles. Motorcycles Allowed - No Trailers Allowed. Free high speed wifi. The pool and hottub are fenced in and feel very private. Just outside the pool area is a charcoal grill if you would like to cook out. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated.
Disclaimer: There is one elevator. While the elevator is well-maintained and reliable, the salt air is very hard on mechanical systems, so most to all elevators at the beach sometimes experience temporary shut downs. The Hot tub is also outdoor and subject to loosing heat. Refunds will not be issued for lack of availability of the elevator or Hot Tub temperature. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated.
