With expansive living spaces, including a game room and open living, dining, and kitchen areas, you'll have plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The first and second-floor balconies provide breathtaking coastal views, and the fourth-floor location ensures privacy and unparalleled access to the Atlantic Ocean.

• 7 bedrooms, each with a 32-inch LED Smart TV
• Oceanfront views from 2 bedrooms and panoramic views from the living area
• Spacious living area with comfortable seating
• Game room with pool table and 46-inch flat screen TV
• Wi-Fi coverage throughout the 3,000 square feet of living space
• 55-inch LED HD Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, and cable
• BluRay/DVD player and interactive guide available
• Full-length balcony with spectacular ocean views
• Elevator access (please note: occasionally unavailable due to salt air)
Resort Amenities:
• 4 designated parking spaces (motorcycles allowed; no trailers)
• Elevator access (though stairs may be required if elevator is unavailable)
• Public beach access for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing
Guest Access:
• Full access to the condo, including all 7 bedrooms, game room, living, dining, and kitchen areas

We do not rent to locals.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the unit (a $500 deep cleaning fee applies for smoking in the unit)
• No group parties or gatherings allowed
• Must be 25 or older to rent
• You must also provide a copy of your drivers license and sign our rental agreement in order to book.
• Motorcycles allowed, but no golf carts or trailers
• A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations; travel insurance is recommended
• Elevator may occasionally be unavailable due to salt air affecting mechanical systems (please note: no refunds for elevator issues)
• Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the beautiful sunrise each morning was truly unforgettable. This home was the perfect setting for our family vacation — very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a large group to spread out and relax. Having two bedrooms that opened onto balconies, plus the main living space opening to two additional balconies, made it feel even more open and connected to the ocean views. The number of beds made it easy for everyone to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of places to gather and eat together as a group, which we loved. The stairs inside the home were very easy to use and not narrow at all — a great feature for anyone traveling with older family members or those who prefer easier accessibility.The beach access was outstanding — just a short walk from the house — and the beach itself was beautiful, clean, and surprisingly not too busy even during spring break. The location was great overall, with lots of walkable spots nearby, including an ice cream shop just down the road. We especially recommend visiting Melt — it was phenomenal!The house was clean for the most part, but definitely missed a few spots. During our stay, we also found two cockroaches in the right-hand balcony room, but since we had the balcony doors open frequently, we can’t be sure where they came from. The elevator seemed overdue for an inspection based on the certificate posted and made quite a bit of noise, but it worked reliably the entire time we were

Propery facing was good and location was happening. But the furniture and Beds are very old and definetly needs to be replaced
