The main bedroom, with a large double bed, has access to a private garden with sea views, inviting relaxation. The upper floor has a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area. The living room is cozy and very bright, with a large sliding window that opens almost completely onto the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, faces south, and offers a beautiful sea view, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, international television, free Wi-Fi, and access to a lovely communal swimming pool surrounded by green areas, perfect for enjoying the sun and the tranquility of the surroundings.
Entrance via Calle Sierramar (opposite Mercadona) - Calle Cerro Marino. The entrance has easy access via several flights of stairs; it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. In the area, there are two large supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. Burriana Beach and the centre of Nerja are easily accessible on foot.
