Everything supplied as listed . Could do with a bigger more efficient electric kettle, otherwise all ok. Swimming pool entrance card needs to be left where it can be found by guests. Thanks for a pleasant stay and would use again.

After we booked the apartment we were told that we would have to collect the keys from a different location. This turned out to be several miles from the apartment. I collected the keys which were in an envelope with the address of the apartment and a sheet of paper with 6 photos on it, there were no written directions. I asked the man for directions and he just pointed at the address and said it was a twenty minute walk away! We tried to find the apartment using the address and photograhs one of which was a photo of a supermarket. We got completely lost and kept asking people where the supermarket was. Eventually we found a helpful man who told us that the supermarket had closed down a long time ago!!!. We eventually found the apartment after about 45 minutrs looking, but found a large amount of rubbish by the gate.We opened this to find 2 dead cockroaches in the hallway and a set of steps that were dirty and had not been cleaned for sometime. The apartment itself was fine, but the entrance and the terrible directions made a very bad start to our holiday. The company managing this apattment should be severly criticised by tge owners, they provided very poor service.
