We are 8 minutes from the coastal highway, halfway between Dominical and Quepos (20 minutes away, the gateway to Manuel Antonio Park). A 4x4 CAR IS REQUIRED. Twelve minutes by car to nearest beaches. Gorgeous views of mountains and, from second floor, views toward the ocean.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be joined up to form a king bed (a room with flexibility) with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms open to a terrace. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is also a large terrace at the back of the 2nd floor with views over the swimming pool and out toward the mountains, offering complete privacy.
The ground floor is where you enter the property - living room, kitchen, half bath (meaning a WC) with washer and dryer. All 3 bathrooms are uniquely tiled -- translation: aesthetic, not weird. Fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor terrace poolside with comfortable furniture, dining table, and gas BBQ. Plenty of privacy with beautiful sound of the mountains.
House has excellent wi-fi, "smart" TV, and partial solar power for electricity backup.
