Charming 4-bedroom 5.5 bathroom house in East Hampton,

Amazing experience and property but for light sleepers, be aware there are no black out options for any of the bedrooms windows and the beds and pillows are uncomfortable otherwise a wonderful house and property tastefully designed, spacious and private. Great location to sag harbor and east Hampton!

The home owner was responsive whenever I reached out with questions leading up to our stay. The house was modern and nice, but we ran into the below issues, which were surprising given the amount we paid for a holiday weekend and disappointing because it was not the quality of experience we would’ve expected:1) one of the guest’s bathroom lights fell out of its casing in the ceiling above the shower2) none of the Roku remotes worked on the TVs except one. All the other has dead batteries and we couldn’t find any replacements 3) the outdoor sectional couch by the pool was unusable because it was extremely dirty, despite being covered4) no notes available on how to operate the German microwave or ovens5) no garbage bags or paper towels available 6) I personally had to clean the outdoor chairs and table near the pool because they were dirty7) we called the property manager who’s info was included in the house and he said he’d drop off garbage bags for us when we told him we couldn’t find any and he never showed up with them
