Sag Harbor Sleeps 12 ……5 min drive to town.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at John's house. The space is open and airy with lots of room for gathering indoors and outdoors. We were there for a weekend long celebration of our parents' 90th and 95th birthdays, so having a space that easy to navigate was important. Everything in the house is of high quality from the seating to the dishes to the cooking supplies. The bathrooms are gorgeous; the deck area is great for a large gathering with both comfortable couches and a large outdoor table (comfortably seats 12) with an umbrella. There are some stairs to navigate to get into the house (only remarked on because the older folks had to navigate them -- not an issue otherwise!) and there is a step down into the kitchen that can be hard to see or remember. John was an incredible host. He was kind, flexible, and quick to communicate. Truly an exceptional experience. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you John!

The owner was terrific from the start—very communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. The house was perfect for our group of seven adult-inviting decor, great kitchen, and plenty of seating areas for dinners, games, and movie night. It’s well appointed, with a lovely outdoor setting, BBQ, and all the supplies and dinner service you could possibly need. The pool is great, and the location is close to beaches, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and vineyards. Thank you J!

Beautiful home, great host. Very clean

Our family went to the Hamptons for a week vacation. We loved our stay. The house was very stylish, clean, updated, comfortable. Pool and landscape A, kitchen and supplies/ equipment A. Very private and quiet. The communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent and quick to respond. It was a little too far to easily walk to town but otherwise a wonderful house and highly recommend!
