First-floor vacation apartment with a great view directly of the dike, for 2 people, a covered rooftop loggia, and a fully equipped interior, with a private parking space and a bike storage room with an electrical outlet
The “Deichstübchen Oben” vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built vacation home with a total of 2 vacation apartments—each with a separate entrance. The apartment is located directly on the dike, very close to the town center. Each apartment in the building has its own parking space for your car. A bicycle storage room with a power outlet is available.
Living Area
The living room area features a dining set, a couch with two armchairs, and a table. A modern flat-screen satellite TV rounds out your entertainment options. From the living room/kitchen area, you can step out onto your balcony with a view of the dike. The panoramic window is, of course—like all windows—equipped with pleated blinds.
Bedroom 1
Your bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet with hangers, and a satellite TV. The bedroom window has pleated blinds (some also have exterior blinds). You have the option to book bed linens (for each registered guest, for a fee) right away. Or you can simply bring your favorite linens from home. Just the way you prefer it.
Kitchen
Your modern kitchenette with an oven and glass-ceramic cooktop (including range hood), dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave leave nothing to be desired. A coffee maker and a Senseo machine, toaster, electric kettle, and other essential kitchen appliances are, of course, provided. Dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, and much more round out your kitchen. The four seats at the kitchen table invite you to enjoy a cozy meal. Your kitchen window is also equipped with pleated shades (and in some cases, exterior blinds).
Bathroom
Your modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a wall-hung toilet, and a vanity unit with a large mirror. A hair dryer is, of course, provided. The window is fitted with a pleated blind. You have the option to book hand towels and bath towels for each registered guest for a fee.
Storage Room
All other necessary items, such as a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and broom, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron, are provided.
Outdoors
Your outdoor area consists of a covered rooftop loggia with patio furniture. Your private parking space is located behind the house. A separate entrance (first floor) leads to the laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine.
Miscellaneous
We cannot accommodate pets in this apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Rental to construction workers is unfortunately not possible.
A linens package (towels and bed linens) can be booked as an add-on.

Outside these hours, we must charge a flat fee of 25€.
