Everything is within walking distance: shops, sports field, swimming pool (open in summer). Close to various activities (hiking, trail running, mountain biking, fishing, golf, climbing, tree climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, kitesurfing...).



"Chez Tata Malou" is a welcoming and functional house, carefully furnished to offer a comfortable stay to travelers.

It is located in Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, a stone's throw from the shops and amenities of the village.

The 65 m² house (excluding garage) offers a practical and bright layout, with:

• A side entrance with a large cupboard/wardrobe serving all rooms,

• A well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo Switch coffee maker pods or filter, kettle, toaster) open to the living room,

• A warm living room with a 2-seater leather sofa, 3 fabric armchairs, smart TV with Blu-Ray player,

• Two quiet bedrooms facing the back, each with a double bed (140 cm) and storage (wardrobe or dresser),

• A bathroom with bathtub,

• A separate toilet.

The layout of the rooms on one level and the complete equipment such as the kitchen and laundry room make it practical and comfortable for all ages.

The 18 m² garage, too narrow for a vehicle, is ideal for storing bicycles, sports equipment or luggage. It also includes a washing machine, sink and drying rack (an outdoor drying rack is also located at the back of the house).

For safety reasons, guests have access to the entire accommodation except the cellar and attic.

The accommodations are located in Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, a lively and dynamic village in the Haute-Loire, at an altitude of 850 m. You will find a real local life and all the amenities within walking distance of the house: bakery, butcher, grocery store, hardware store, florist, hairdressers, health home, pharmacy, optician, bars, restaurants, markets...

The village also has cultural and sports facilities: media library, performance hall, museum, sports fields, swimming pool (in summer)...

It is a pleasant and practical place for a car-free stay, or to easily explore the Haute-Loire.

You are only 20 minutes by car from Le Puy-en-Velay and close to many outdoor activities: hiking, trail running, mountain biking, fishing, golf, climbing, tree climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, kitesurfing...
