About this cottage rental

This semi-detached house offers a superb view of the Meygal forests. A large, unfenced plot of land surrounded by dry stone walls is available for your use. The entrance is separate from the owner's house and is not overlooked.

Pailhaire is a very quiet hamlet located in the commune of Saint-Étienne-Lardeyrol, 15 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay and its historic monuments, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

On-site: several marked PR trails pass right next to the cottage (Deux Huches PR 451 circuit), mountain biking, trail running. In the village: the Ecurie De La Bruyère for horseback and pony rides.

Nearby: Puy de Juscles via ferrata (4km), with a magnificent panorama of Europe's largest volcanoes!

All shops and services (gas station, convenience stores, tobacconist/newsagent, postal service, and restaurants) are located in Blavozy (7 km) or Rosière (6 km).

The cottage is located near the Loire Gorges, where you'll find all kinds of sports and leisure activities: canoeing, a municipal swimming pool, castles overlooking the Loire, charming villages, and Lake Valette with its leisure center. This renovated farmhouse welcomes you on two levels.

A very bright ground floor includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area, and a laundry room with a toilet.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room includes a TV area and a large relaxation area with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, as well as a mezzanine serving as an office area. A baby umbrella and high chair are provided free of charge.
