Welcome to the 73rd Street Storybook Cottage—a 1928 brick Tudor tucked into peaceful, family-friendly Ballard / Loyal Heights. Enjoy the lush backyard, BBQ for outdoor dining, and timeless charm throughout. Just a short stroll to parks, coffee shops, and everything Ballard has to offer, it’s the perfect spot for families, couples, or any traveler seeking comfort and character.

3bd/1ba + office single-family home with lush garden and ample street parking (usually right out front).

Main level features two bedrooms + full bath, living room, kitchen, and a cozy dining room that fits 4 comfortably, or up to 6 if you don't mind squeezing.
