Adorable newly renovated southside home: Conveniently located off Whiskey Road in beautiful Aiken, SC. Whether you are coming just to visit or coming for work, this central location is the perfect place to stay. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Shopping, Bruce's field, Golf courses, and much more. Neighborhood pool access is just another plus to staying at this beautiful home away from home.
Dogs are welcome, sorry no cats allowed.

Completely renovated.
Master bedroom: Queen size bed, large walk-in closet and bathroom with large shower.
Bedroom two: Queen size bed, Large walk-in closet.
Bathroom #2: Tub/Shower combo.
The Kitchen is complete with cooking and dining needs. Keurig coffer maker and all new appliances.
Roku T.v. in living room and Master bedroom is available for you to stream all your favorite shows. Wi-Fi is also available.
Covered Carport to keep you and your car out of the weather. Fenced in back yard
Guest access
1 car carport parking. (2 car parking maximum in driveway).
Pool time-Sun up to Sun down. Opens the 1st Saturday of May until Oct. 2nd. Dates are subject to change.
Pool Access- pool is located around the corner from the house.
Please note:
**Swim at your own Risk. There is not a life guard on duty.**
Key fob for pool must be returned to the home at the end of stay. Loss of key fob will result in $100 replacement fee.
Other things to note
**Trash pick up will be on Thursday mornings. Please have the trash at the end of the drive by Wednesday evening (Handle closest to house).
Check in: after 3pm. Host will contact if earlier check in is available.
Check out: 10am
*No dogs on furniture. Excessive dog hair on bedding, will result in extra cleaning fee.

This place was perfect for us and our dogs. We appreciated the clean and clutter free home. This home is in a safe neighborhood and had a carport for us to park one car under. It was great to have a fenced yard for the dogs to run around in. The home is either newly renovated or built so all the appliances and finishes are beautiful and modern. The water pressure in every sink and shower was awesome and got hot fast! The beds were awesome as well as any linens we used. We were thankful for the washer and dryer in the house as well. The kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchenwares. WiFi was fast, and reliable. There was not one issue that we had here at this rental. Felt like a home away from home.
