・綺麗。清潔感があり快適。
・明るい。照明があちこちにあり、用途に合わせて使える。
・設備も整っている。Wi-Fi完備、バス・トイレ別なのも良い。
・バスルームに乾燥機能があるので、自分は帰りが遅かったので使わなかったが、洗濯してその日のうちに乾かせそう。
・1階のアパートだから仕方ないかもしれないが、カーテンを開けると外から丸見えなので、ずっと閉じていた。
・駐車場がないので、近隣のコインパーキングを利用することになる。一旦1時間半の滞在で24時間と同じ額かかってしまう。
・上記コインパーキングについて、硬貨か千円札しか使えない。出庫の精算のために、近くのコンビニまで走り、出発がめちゃくちゃ遅れてしまった。
(ほぼ駐車場の話ですが、気を付ければ問題ないのでご参考まで)

Location is perfect and very close to subway station. Space is huge. Facilities are ready for use. You can do your laundry with the washing machine, which is very convenient for multiple-day stay.
The window curtains couldn't ideally block the sun lights in the morning, so you may be waken up by the light if you are sensitive to it.
