Location is perfect and very close to subway station. Space is huge. Facilities are ready for use. You can do your laundry with the washing machine, which is very convenient for multiple-day stay.
The window curtains couldn't ideally block the sun lights in the morning, so you may be waken up by the light if you are sensitive to it.

設備が素晴らしい。バストイレ別であり、浴室乾燥機がある。部屋に洗濯機があるので衣服を日数分持っていく必要はない。ハンガーや洗濯用洗剤もある。
使用はしなかったが、台所もあり、フライパンや鍋、ナイフやスプーンなどの調理道具まであった。
付近にはトリトンやナポリの窯などの飲食店が多く、困ることはない。
机からコンセントの差し込み口がやや遠い。延長コードはあるが、使用する電子機器が多いのであれば、私物を検討する。
次に、風呂焚きの温度調整が難しく、給湯器を48℃にして沸かした。
利用したのが1階だったのだが、外の声や隣室の水音等が聞こえてくるので、「自分の音も聞こえているのでは」と思い、緊張した。水音に関してはどのホテルでも同じなのだが。
また、チェックイン前にチェックイン・チェックアウトの方法についてのメールが来たのだが、文字化けしていたのでネットで変換をして、なんとか予測して利用した。
