It is a great property, very clean, and especially the host, very friendly and helpful, and very prompt and detailed communication.
Only to note that there is steep staircase between the beds and the toilet and it may be inconvenient for elderly travellers

Check in process is very smooth. The place is very clean

The ceiling is thin so we can hear the occupants of the unit above. Check in process was a pain and we had to deal with an overseas call centre. It's very far from the train station and city centre so eating out was limited to the nearby kombinis. Only pluses are the car spot and room cleanliness.
