1. 相較博多站、距離機場更近，搭計程車負擔更少（不過遇到司機導航找不到住宿地點的 16-10、只能先定位 16-12 再往前開）。
2. 連住多日可以洗衣，浴室開啟乾燥功能、衣服一晚就乾了（但衣架、洗衣袋、晾衣夾需要自己準備）。
3. 備有電熱水壺、微波爐、碗、盤、杯、餐具、刀、砧板、鍋等，若有需要可以自備削皮刀。
4. 附近有兩間超市（24H & 07:00-00:00）甚至還有 Hotto Motto Mizuho (24H) 深夜也可以外帶熱便當。
依照住宿規定不隨意挪動沙發桌椅、28吋55開行李箱只能在玄關處攤開。
我可以接受、但覺得需要提醒一下的：
1. 連住期間垃圾都要置放在房間內垃圾桶，所以需要先好好處理以免發臭。
2. 廚房、浴室要使用熱水前，記得先透過牆上的控制面板開啟電源以及設定溫度（廚房設定優先於浴室的）。

設施齊備，地方新淨整潔。
配有洗衣機、雪櫃、廚房及簡單煮食用具。
浴室抽風系統好，衣服晾一夜就乾。
鄰近便利店及超市。
距離地鐵及JR站較遠，不過仍在步行範圍內。

Cheap
Brutally painful check in experience, took over an hour just to gain access, your left waiting outside until somebody feels like emailing you just to get into the foyer where there is another similar process to get into your room and correspondence is super slow. Dont know why they cant just give you the codes on booking or close to check in time.
