The location was convenient to downtown Jacksonville and the place was clean.
The odor from the river is quite strong, and the interior of the house has noticeable smells as well. It seems the insulation between the exterior and interior may not be sufficient to block these odors. If you are sensitive to smells or concerned about your clothing retaining them, this property may not be ideal. This issue may warrant attention from the city of Jacksonville or federal authorities, as it significantly impacts livability. Also, there is little insulation separating the units. You can hear the neighbor's conversations.
