O studio é excelente, em frente a restaurante e padaria, mercadinho ao lado. Reserva e check-in sem complicação, todos foram muito solícitos e gentis

I have stayed in this building 6 or 7 times and I love the location. This is the best apartment I have stayed in thus far. It is the only unit I have stayed in that faced Melo Alves and not Rebouças, which makes a huge difference in the noise levels. Also, a great bed / pillows and a great shower. The electric teapot was appreciated.
It’s a mystery to me why with an upscale property like this they cheap out on some of the fixtures. The towel rack was horrible and fell apart anytime you touched it. The plastic toilet seat was horrible, as they always are. I was disappointed that the gym was unavailable the whole time I was there.
