Pequeno mas organizado; fácil cadastro; tudo novo e limpo, tv poderia ser melhor mas é smart e grande. Tem talher, cafeteira que coa café, tem microondas, geladeira grande, cama estava colchão ao contraario kkk mas ao virar colchão bom. Fiquei apenas um dia, gostei mto do Anfitrião e funcionários.
Muito barulho. Escuto vizinho como se estivesse no quarto e isolamento da rua é zero. Encanamento demora esvaziar a pia.

A localização é ótima, bem ao lado da estação de metrô da Oscar Freire e cerca de 20 min de carro de Congonhas. O apartamento é como na foto.
Paredes super finas, ouvíamos inclusive a pessoa do quarto ao lado conversando (além de ouvindo música de manhã cedo...), apesar das janelas estarem todas fechadas. O colchão é bem desconfortável (daqueles que afundam se a pessoa ao lado se mexe), banheiro é pequeno com o box minúsculo, difícil até de tomar banho. Não tinham produtos de banho, como dizia no anúncio. Controle da TV não funcionou mesmo quando trocamos as pilhas.
