Jeonju Raon Hotel

The night manager was very helpful. He went out of his way to help us secure tickets to Seoul and connect to WiFi for us.

It was sold as a hotel room with breakfast. There were biscuits available at the front desk next to the parking area. There were no tables, no coffee not even instant, no bread but there was jam. A hotel offering breakfast must supply breakfast. We paid in excess of $200 a night. The same room a week later was $50. The water was only barely hot enough in the shower. There was no room service other than replenished towels and water. Rubbish bins were overflowing, we were asked to put toilet paper in the bin and it was untouched and full. Beds were not even straightened. There was no extra toilet paper. Other than a couple of hours there was no body on site. The photo shows the biscuit offered for breakfast. We have used Booking.com for many many years , we are on Genius status and this has been the most disappointing stay.
