Absolute beachfront in Papamoa

Location is amazing

Firstly we were happy that we could bring our doggies, that was awesome. It was a fabulous location and the place was lovely, clean & modern. Being beach front it even had a track to the beach with parking for our vehicle, which is often a premium at these places. There was great communication with the owners with a bonus late check out & chocolate in the fridge 😀

Probably would of liked a step to get onto the deck easier & bedside lamps to read at night.

Beautiful stay that welcomed my little family and fur baby. Stunning location right on the beach and very modern.

The driveway does not suit big vehicles

Hosts accused us of ridiculous things, vomit in th sink, stains and smoking illegal drugs.....there's no kitchen sink so don't dare tip out old coffee in the bathroom, don't book if u medically rely on cannabis they get very upset with people who require this even if used outside only. It seems the high price does not include clean up and ur expected to come back to clean things that r usually covered in the stay price. Doesn't have curtains in the lounge part so the fold out couch is not really suitable to have a good night sleep. Take photos as soon as u arrive as u will get accused of stains on things if u don't. TRAVELLER BEWARE
