Casa Vera - apartment in Los Alcázares - Nueva Ribera Beach Club

The apartment is in a managed community and felt secure with a guard at the entrance during the day. There was vehicle recognition and the barriers opened automatically at night time. There is an underground garage parking with key entry. My apartment was excellent, well furnished, top of the range appliances and the kitchen was well equipped. There are two types of coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and nearly everything you could want. There is also an ironing board and steam iron...I could go on. Once I got the hang of operating the air conditioning it worked really well. The TV is excellent, its a Smart TV so if you have a Fire Stick plug it in, link it to the WiFi and you're all set. I took my Alexa speaker and used that whilst I was there. Bart is an excellent host and all queries were answered very quickly and politely. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The mosquitoes and sand flies! I would bring spray or cream repellant with you but there are plug-in mosquito diffusers provided in the apartment,cBart has thought of everything. Having said that, it was a particularly bad time for mosquitoes this year.

The apartment itself is cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and cleaning supplies. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make the stay comfortable. The location is fantastic—right by the shoreline, with a beautiful promenade perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying stunning views. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and on weekends you can visit a local market offering fresh fruits and meat, which was a lovely bonus.
