Casa Vera - apartment in Los Alcázares - Nueva Ribera Beach Club

Nos encantó! Todo nuevo, limpio, olía súper bien. nos sentimos como en casa. La playa más cercana está enfocada a deporte, pero tiene otras muy cercanas y muy buenas. Sin duda repetiríamos El dueño muy atento en todo momento.

No puedo decir nada malo.

Instalaciones, atención, ubicación… todo perfecto!

No tiene persianas, así que acordaos de llevar antifaz.

The apartment is in a managed community and felt secure with a guard at the entrance during the day. There was vehicle recognition and the barriers opened automatically at night time. There is an underground garage parking with key entry. My apartment was excellent, well furnished, top of the range appliances and the kitchen was well equipped. There are two types of coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and nearly everything you could want. There is also an ironing board and steam iron...I could go on. Once I got the hang of operating the air conditioning it worked really well. The TV is excellent, its a Smart TV so if you have a Fire Stick plug it in, link it to the WiFi and you're all set. I took my Alexa speaker and used that whilst I was there. Bart is an excellent host and all queries were answered very quickly and politely. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The mosquitoes and sand flies! I would bring spray or cream repellant with you but there are plug-in mosquito diffusers provided in the apartment,cBart has thought of everything. Having said that, it was a particularly bad time for mosquitoes this year.

Sitio fantástico! apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de tranquilidad y urbanización privada con vigilancia con buena ubicación pegado a la playa para poder pasear y desconectar.

No hab er podido estar más días y probar la piscina.
