Charming Beachfront apartment

It is in the best possible position right on the beach we stayed out of season and despite the worse possible weather we loved the property we spend far more time there than we expected because of the rain but managed to load our Netflix from home so staying in watching tv with that view of the mar menor was great

Bath and shower is very dated all works but a shower over a bath with a shower curtain is not the best but loads of hot water and plenty of space

Emplacement idéal, face à la mer et éloigné juste le nécessaire des commerces et bars pour ne pas avoir trop de nuisances, mais en ayant tout le nécessaire à proximité. Réactivité d’Isabel pour toutes demandes. Équipement parfait. Arrivée et départ sans contraintes.

Our beachfront location was lovely, but we had great difficulty in finding the property - it was great that the taxi was included in the price, but the driver wasn’t given precise instructions and an incorrect address (71 Paseo del Espejo, instead of 61). Eventually he left us and we walked, in the dark, to find the property We had a great view which changed as the day passed by, starting with beautiful sunrises. The lovely memorial to fishermen was only steps away; a good landmark. We loved the terrace where we had nice furniture and could sit outside to enjoy the weather, eat our meals and watch the world go by.

There was no information about the property. No instructions on how to use the ceiling fans, the toilet (the cleaner had turned off a water inlet which we knew nothing about). To sit on the terrace in the full sun we needed the canopy out - this was essential but we had no instructions to tell us it was electric and also had light and wind sensors. There was no information or street maps for the local area. The owners were aware of a plumbing problem upstairs; there was a musty, damp patch which made our clothes smell. On our second night part of the ceiling fell down! Thus we could no longer use the main bedroom - we had to use the third bedroom which was dull, only had single beds, had no wardrobe or drawers and no opening window. We missed the opening window and the beautiful view from the main bedroom 😢
