De faciliteiten, zoals de wasmachine en de compleetheid van de keukeninrichting. De supermarkt op loopafstand (Hermusa) met vers brood. Dat het een licht en modern ingericht appartement is. Op het balkon kijken naar de bergtoppen en de dalende/opstijgende vliegtuigen. Aan de noordkant van het gebouw, dus geen zon, maar voor ons geen issue.
De matras was voor ons een beetje te hard. De waterdruk, er kwam niet veel water uit de douche maar misschien is dat normaal op Tenerife.
