Great location, spacious, lovely rooms

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. Bedrooms were comfortable and the property was easy to access

Unfortunately the wifi did not connect which meant that the TV was not connected and could not be used. The staff were available via the chat and informed.

Great communication and kind hosts. Location was wonderful, not too far from Heathrow. And the kitchen was very well stocked. A spacious and lovely place for our family.

The bed we stayed in was squeaky and sank a bit in the center. Some of the furniture was in need of repair.

The only real positive was the location, which was excellent. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We only stayed for one night, but encountered so many problems that I honestly cannot recommend this property. First of all, communication was terrible. At times, I genuinely wondered whether the messages were being answered by AI rather than a real person. We reported several issues but received no proper response. After sending multiple messages, we were eventually told that someone would look into the problems, but nothing was ever done. Many of the amenities listed in the property description were either broken or not working properly. We paid the full price but certainly did not receive the service or facilities we were promised. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. In the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, the bed was broken and made a lot of noise whenever we moved. The shower head in that bathroom was also broken. There were visible stains on the beds, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues was the complete lack of hot water. We reported this, but nobody took any action. What makes this even more frustrating is that there is already a review on Booking.com dated September 16 mentioning exactly the same problem. This suggests that the issue has been known for some time and still hasn’t been resolved. The house was also incredibly cold. We woke up several times during the night because of how cold it was. On top of that, the property felt stuffy and damp, with a noticeable musty atmosphere. After dealing with all these problems, we were told that check-out was strictly at 10 AM. We asked for just one extra hour, but our request was refused because they supposedly needed to clean the property before the next guests arrived. They did offer to let us leave our luggage, but when we returned at 11 AM, nobody had even arrived to clean the house. Overall, the property is clearly in need of maintenance and renovation.
