Very spacious, well equipped apartment. Bedrooms were comfortable and the property was easy to access

Unfortunately the wifi did not connect which meant that the TV was not connected and could not be used. The staff were available via the chat and informed.

Great communication and kind hosts. Location was wonderful, not too far from Heathrow. And the kitchen was very well stocked. A spacious and lovely place for our family.

The bed we stayed in was squeaky and sank a bit in the center. Some of the furniture was in need of repair.

The apartment was spacious, had good facilities, and was a decent size overall.

The Wi-Fi was advertised as an available facility, but unfortunately it did not work at all during our stay. I contacted the owner, who said he would try to get it sorted, but it was still not working when we left. This was particularly inconvenient as nothing on the TV worked without an internet connection. Parking was also more difficult than expected. Although we were told there was parking nearby, there were only around 10 spaces and they were all occupied. We ended up driving around for approximately an hour and a half trying to find alternative parking. It would have been helpful to know in advance how limited the parking was. The beds were also quite uncomfy which made it difficult to have a good nights sleep.
