My host was lovely, kind and friendly and made me feel very at home. The flat was easy to find, not far from the railway station, the bedroom comfortable, wifi was available, the bathroom was fine, I had a nice shower and was able to make myself a cup of tea in the morning before heading off. I hung my towel and swimsuit in the garden to dry. All my requirements covered!
The mattress was a bit soft for my taste but might be just perfect for another person.

Well I had my own key, and was free to come and go as I please. Also there was plenty of free parking, and the use of a fully stocked kitchen.
The view from the front door wasn't very good. ie. mostly black wheely bins everywhere. Also my 'wrought iron bed' had a gap and the pillow kept slipping through it onto the floor behind. It also squeaked a bit, but that wasn't too bad.
