I was explicitly informed that the primary reason for my stay was the availability of a parking space for my vehicle. Until yesterday, no issues had arisen in this regard. However, yesterday the designated parking space was occupied by another vehicle. I immediately contacted the manager, who assured me that the matter would be resolved. I waited in my car for approximately 30 minutes, but I did not receive any follow-up call. As a result, I was forced to park my vehicle on the street and carry my belongings to my room. I then contacted the manager again; during our conversation, his phone went into standby mode. I reasonably expected him to return the call, but he did not. Subsequent attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. On one occasion, when I managed to reach him, the call was abruptly disconnected, and no return call was made. Late night I noticed that car was gone so I could park finally. This level of communication is highly unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of basic courtesy and respect. While the parking issue itself was inconvenient, the manner in which it was handled is unacceptable.

The advertisement looked like we were getting a self contained flat, not shared kitchen. More clarity would be better
