Liked the room, brand new, the peaceful setup of the resort and the organization of activities. breakfast was really good and the activities staff was really prepared and suited to make a memorable experience
Location off the beaten road, take 40 min minimum to get to downtown.
The facilities were new but the restaurant common area looked weak and poorly studied. no sense of belonging to the hotel life, staff at the bar/restaurant was not engaging guests to offer services, menu selection was limited and the restaurant did not feel premium.
common swimming pool a bit small like the seating area by the sea- does not invite to spend the day there resting.

The staff was very good, always friendly, smiling and ready to help. So was the health trainer. Very professional and friendly. The available healthcare equipment was good, though minimal
The hotel presents itself as a 5 stars hotel. It is not. Very minimal facilities. The restaurant is in fact a basic level Thai kitchen, with few simple tables, but with 5 stars prices
