What we liked about the BnB is that it has spacious rooms and plenty of bedrooms (5 rooms in total), making it very suitable for a large family.

Thank you for your hospitality during our stay at the BnB. However, we would like to formally highlight several issues that affected our comfort and overall experience: • Cleanliness & pest concerns On the first day of our arrival, we noticed a few small droppings in the master bedroom, which appeared to be lizard droppings. On the second day, after returning from our outing, we noticed another similar droppings on the bed. Although we initially did not think much of it, further inspection revealed the same type of droppings under the kitchen sink and on the wet kitchen counter. This raised concerns regarding hygiene and possible pest presence, which could pose potential health risks. • Noise & wall insulation On the third night, close to midnight, we clearly heard conversations coming from the neighbouring unit adjacent to the master bedroom. At first, we assumed it was our own family members, but it became clear that the noise was from next door. We could even identify what they were cooking, which indicates that the walls are very thin. This significantly affected our ability to rest comfortably. • Air-conditioning issues We also reported that two air-conditioning units in the hall were not functioning properly. Although a technician was sent on the second day, the issue was not resolved, and the units remained faulty throughout our stay, causing ongoing discomfort. We genuinely hope these matters will be properly addressed to prevent similar issues for future guests. We raise these concerns not as unnecessary complaints, but because they directly affected the quality of our stay.
