Villa del Encanto

Samir’s place is great. The house is easy to find, and the room as well as the shared area are spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and without any issues. What I would like to highlight is the host himself. Samir was really responsive and great. I booked the accommodation without looking into where it is located. After I shared the address with my mum, she freaked out because Kingman Park has a mixed reputation. I shared my concerns with Samir, and he was super responsive and answered all my questions. After that, I arrived at his place feeling calm, and I have to say the location of this accommodation is great. I did not have a weird feeling about the area or feel unsecure. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It provides everything you need and all is brand new. Host is also very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

Location is not a 10 out of 10, but you know this in advance and for traveling during the day the use of public transportation works well. At nighttime uber/taxi/lyft is recommended. Also because the closest metro stop is around a 20 minute walk.

La propiedad es HERMOSA súper bien equipada todo súper limpio y nuevo. Samir es un genio. Recomiendo totalmente hospedarse aquí.

La ubicación es excelente: situado en el borde de Capitol Hill, está a dos pasos de todas las maravillas de este barrio que aloja, entre otras cosas, el Eastern Market (metro directo a Dulles). A media hora a pie de la Biblioteca del Congreso, está muy bien comunicado gracias al transporte público. La casa es cómoda, limpia, con todo a disposición. El baño, impecable. La pasamos muy bien y muy contentas por la elección que hicimos, más que recomendable.
