Myrtle Beach Retreat - Golf and Pools On-site

Clean, spacious accommodations. It is a full apartment with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, small appliances,, etc. This really saved a lot of money by not having to eat in restaurants to much. Quiet location. The apartment is on the end of the building, so you get windows on 3 sides, nice. Owner responded quickly to any inquiries. Public beach access between 45th and 50th avenues is very good. Each avenue ends in a small parking area, that part of the town is away from the large resorts so the beach is not crowded. Parking is $3 per hour. ParkMobile is the best way to pay in my opinion as you can choose fractions of hours if needed, and it is easy to add time from your phone if you decide to stay longer.

The 'pools' are very small; I don't see how you could swim in them, but you could soak, etc. They were all closed by early October so we didn't get to use them. The ad lists 'private beach access' - we were provided no information about this, so you will need to inquire of the owners about this if interested. There was really no information that I could find in the apartment about amenities. On the fridge was information from the Villa management to the property owner about POA pool rules and many other items, but it would be better for the owner to provide the renter a list of information, rules, etc, explicitly spelled out so the vacationer will know what is expected, and how to access amenities, etc. - rather than to expect the renter to wade through the POA legalese directed at the owner and trying to figure out how it applies to the renter.

The place was very clean. Inside and out. Have security on site keeping a watch o everything. Close proximity to everything you want to do. I high recommend if staying in Myrtle Beach SC

It was clean well stocked overall it was the best stay I’ve had since I’ve been going to Myrtle Beach and I have been going there since 2013. From now on this will be the only place I will stay.

No complaints at all.

The place was perfect in every way! It was super clean, spacious & comfortable, in a great location with a wonderful view from the balcony. It was like a home away from home! We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again in the future.

The one small issue we had was the keypad lock on the door stopped working. I called & spoke to Mirela who was very nice & helpful, and she gave me the code to get the old school key. No other issues, everything was perfect!
