Luxury Villa overlooking sea with private pool

It’s clean,quit,nice decoration and furniture

The maintenance people, call center staff, first day we arrived there was leaking, it take long time to fix,the second day we noticed one AC bedroom it’s not working. I informed them 1:00 pm, they came 5:30 , it took them 2 hours they leave without fixing it , they stopped answering my calls , so one family sleep in the living room ,

Bedroom temperature: The bedroom is too hot. Please check the air conditioning and make sure the room is properly cooled before every guest’s arrival. Bathroom drainage: The shower does not drain properly, causing the bathroom floor to flood. Please check and fix the drainage. Bathroom water: The bathroom water is yellow. Please check the water supply and plumbing to ensure the water is clean and safe to use. Villa cleanliness: The villa floor was dusty and had not been cleaned properly. Please ensure the villa is thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival. Bad smell and pests: There was a bad smell in the villa, and there were ants and other bugs throughout the villa. Please arrange proper pest control and ensure the villa is fresh and clean. Blankets: Please provide additional blankets for guests. Swimming pool: The swimming pool was not properly clean. Please ensure it is thoroughly cleaned before every guest’s arrival. Gas stove: The gas stove is not working. Please check and repair it as soon as possible. Alternative villa offered: When I contacted the villa agent regarding these issues, they offered to move us to a smaller villa with fewer rooms and a smaller swimming pool. This is not an equivalent alternative to the villa we originally booked and paid for.
