Property is right at the sadiyaat beach and right on the promenade with many restaurants. The beautiful beach is minutes away (though paid). Apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Currently it has a view to zayed national museum which is very nice in the evening. However, view may be blocked as the new buildings get constructed. There is currently quite a bit of construction in the area and right opposite the apartment - however, the noise and construction work was not disruptive.
We were allowed a late check out which was much appreciated. We will return.
