Comfy, cheap and practical with priority amenities available

Simple, practical and absolute necessity amenities provisioned for.

Bathroom! Shower-head needs attention, no conditioner supplied, mob behind the bathroom door. Cupboards in bedroom don’t open complement, bedside table and plug points only on one side of the bed. No milk pods for morning coffee :(

Clean and Good Location

I stayed here in June 2025. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a great location — very close to SeaWorld, Ferrari World, and other major attractions in the area. Just a small note: the room key needs to be collected from the reception, and the parking key is inside the room. So make sure to pick it up before heading to the basement parking. Overall, a good place to stay!

Decent place.

Location was ideal for us as we were going to a festival at Etihad Park. Decent amount of space and nice balcony.

When we arrived at 3.10pm, we opened the door to find three Indian meen eating rice at the table. They told us that they were "cleaning" and not finished yet (hardly surprising since they were eating!). We ended up having to wait at a nearby coffee shop for them to finish and leave. The place WAS clean when we eventually entered but this was very inconvenient. Also after being in the apartment for a little while we realised that there was an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I eventually traced this to the open drain cover next to the toilet and covering this with a small towel helped to reduce the stench.

A nice apartment with a good location on Yas Island. Underground parking and a safe feeling area

Early check in.

Instructions were limited in regards to where to go as there are so many apartment buildings. Central concierge was helpful but you need to use your own initiative to find where to go. People who travel don't always have a phone line. Some only have data and therefore it's difficult to contact the owner. I tried via booking.com but I didn't hear anything until I got to the hotel. Toilet seat was broken and not fixed during stay.

Very comfortable apartments for family stay. Easy access to all the Yas Parks, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Close to the airport.

everyone was very friendly and accommodating especially the host, they respond really fast and they are reliable. All places/attractions were nearby so you don't need to pay expensive taxis anymore. Exceptional stay!

The cleanliness of the room, and location is just nearby all theme parks. car park access is available and room is good enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children

Its was clean and carefully furnished apartment, near to Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Yas Water World, Warner Bros, Yas Mall etc... the host was really good, they were able to attend and check-in me at late hours and were very attentive.....

It wasn’t clean at all, found garbage under the sofa , rotten watermelon in the fridge plus there was no kettle and the company had to send someone to clean and bring missing stuff from Dubai to Abu Dhabi which arrived at 1:30 AM as they don’t have anyone in Abu Dhabi

Me and my family had a great stay.

The location is perfect. It's only a few minutes to reach the main attractions such as Ferrari World, Yas Water World, Warner Bros, Yas Mall and actually just across Sea World. Having Carrefour within the community really helps too. The balcony is nice specially when it is not summer. Swimming pool is good too. The kitchen is complete with everything you need from pots to cutlery. You can cook your own food as it is furnished with oven and ref or reheat your ordered food with the provided microwave. It feels like home.

A brilliant apartment in a wonderful location for a great price

Perfect location, perfect host, perfect apartment. Everything was there for us to have a great stay. The complex is fabulous with excellent facilities, carrefour, coffee shops and cafes, waterfront boardwalk, outdoor pool with lifeguard, gym, parking. Location fantastic for Yas Island. The apartment host Mr Shibil contacted us in advance, met us on arrival and provided all the details needed and was very kind. The apartment was so lovely. Comfortable beds and sofa bed, great bathroom, nice shower with good water pressure, great kitchen with all the utensils, plates, pots etc, all appliances including Washing machine. Nice little balcony with furniture to sit outside for a coffee. Great WiFi. Big TV but we didn't use it. Playground and tennis courts in the complex. Plenty of storage space for a long stay. I would definitely stay here again!

1- تعامل موظفو الاستقبال غير مناسبه ولا يخبرونك بالاجراءات المطلوبه ولا يخبروك في طريقة دخول باب الغرفه ولا يخبروك ان الباب المبنى لا يفتح الا بالبطاقة ، ولا يخبروك ان البطاقه يجب ان تكون في الغرفة في اليوم الاخير حين انتهاء العقد !! 2- يسمحون للكلاب بالدخول في الاستقبال ويتحرك الكلب عن الزبائن !! 3- لا يردون على الاتصال فقط يتعاملون معك بالرسائل النصية !!
