Property is absolutely beautiful and homey. Little welcome book is pleasant to read and tells you everything you need to know. What a beautiful guest house. It has literally everything you need. The small attention to details mattered and made it very pleasant. Host is very attentive and ready to answer any question you had but just took a while…
House manager not very hospitable, doesn’t show you anything around the house. Just hands you keys. I had quite a bad experience at the end of my stay where the house manager closed the gate on my car.(a rental) 😭Sadly, an honest mistake but more guidance and attention should be paid. She was in the house and didn’t see when I coming out. Received a very cold attitude from her. No remorse either just came to stare at the car. It’s would also be good to have the host on WhatsApp rather than texting here on booking.com. A unpleasant and frustrating experience after a very lovely stay. Host (Francina) remorseful and willing the take on the costs. Will follow up with her.
