Sending documents in advance to limit paperwork. Clean and spacious house
They didn’t accommodate early check-in. There was chaos around the code for the key box, code given to me was incorrect and was asked all sorts of questions from whether I was at the correct house, to being asked to share my location and picture of the box. There was no tissue provided in the bathrooms, had to go buy my own and the air-con only worked downstairs, made night time sleeping uncomfortable despite the windows having screens.
